Staff Software Engineer

• Lead top-priority AAA initiatives, unify login, and enforce least-privilege access
• Architect/refactor identity and access systems for donors, campaigns, and staff
• Partner with designers and PMs to shape roadmap and align with stakeholders
• Serve as technical consultant on architecture, security, identity, and auth
• Develop and champion best practices to improve security and maintainability
• Lead adoption of agentic AI tools; coach engineers and share playbooks

???? Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience with technical leadership
• Strong OOP fundamentals in Ruby, Python, Java, C#, or Kotlin
• Experience with React and TypeScript frontend development
• Broad understanding across stacks; manage dependencies and risks
• Deep expertise in performance, scalability, and security
• Translate business goals to technical solutions for non-tech stakeholders
