The RoleWe’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them via chat and email (no phone calls). You’ll assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
This position is fully remote. However, if you’re based near Nantes, you’re welcome to work from our office occasionally.
