Staff Software Engineer, Leverage

???? Description

• Founding engineer on the Leverage team building knowledge infrastructure.
• Build enterprise capabilities: identity/auth, structured data access, governance.
• Design the context layer that connects Fleetio data to AI tools.
• Define technical direction with the Leverage team lead.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure adoption and good UX for internal tools.
• Remote role open to candidates in the US, Canada, or Mexico.

???? Requirements

• 5+ years of production software experience.
• Strong API integration across many APIs and auth schemes.
• Experience with protocol-based architectures, SDKs, and CLI tooling.
• Full-stack skills: backend services, CLI tools, and internal UIs.
• Identity and access management experience (Okta, SSO).
• Experience building and consuming APIs and external integrations.
