We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Real Estate Marketer

Location: Off Adebayo Doherty, Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday - 9am to 5pm
Start Date: Immediate

Job Summary

• The candidate must be passionate about sales, capable of closing deals, and committed to driving business growth.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Marketer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to promote property sales.
• Initiate, negotiate, and close real estate transactions.
• Manage client relationships and provide professional real estate advisory services.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
• Identify and generate leads through various marketing channels.
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of property listings.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits with clients.
• Promote property listings to prospective buyers and investors.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company properties.
• Support brand visibility through strategic sales and marketing activities.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Strong team collaboration and support skills.
• Candidates must reside within or close to Lekki Phase 1.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Marketing, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online property platforms.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
• Strong knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and property sales.
• 3 – 6 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or property management.
