1004 HORA is the body in management of 1004 Estates, Victoria Island, Lagos, which is home to about 5,000 people from different walks of life - including a high expatriate population. The Estate is one of the largest in Sub-Saharan Africa and it hosts it's own Power Plant, Water Treatment Plant and many other amenities in need of proper attention and maintenance.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Facilities Management Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement Service Level Agreement, HSE & Client Expectations across various projects;
- Project management, supervision and coordination of contractors;
- Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as maintenance, cleaning and waste disposal.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Facilities Management, 3 of which should be at a senior/mid-management level, preferably in a large/medium size organization.
- Strong Project Management & FM Skills.
