We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Pharmacist

Location: Nigeria
Position Type: Full-time

Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting routine stock taking and reconciliation
Maintaining accurate pharmacy records and reports.
Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
Dispensing medications and providing patient counseling
Monitoring medication use and ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards
Coordinating medication procurement and supply processes
Managing pharmaceutical inventory and stock control
Monitoring expiry dates and minimizing stock losses

Key Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ clinical pharmacy experience
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D)
Strong knowledge of medication management and patient counseling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality patient care.
Experience in hospital pharmacy operations
Current practicing license
