• Own the ESP/email/SMS engine (ActiveCampaign end-to-end: lists, segments, automations, CRM tagging, webhooks)
• Build nurture and lifecycle automation; document tag logic; create webinar/event flows (Zoom, Calendly)
• Protect deliverability: domain authentication, DNS, seed-email setup, inbox warmups
• Capture and route leads: capture forms, consent options, CRM routing, timely follow-up

???? Requirements

• 5+ years in email marketing/CRM with ESP ownership (ActiveCampaign/HubSpot/Klaviyo/Marketo)
• Deliverability expert: SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DNS, warmups, inbox placement
• Automation builder: drip, nurture sequences; tag-to-sequence logic documented
• Lead capture & routing: forms, consent fields, event capture, CRM hygiene
• Independent, execution-focused; proactive communicator; strong English; remote
• Zoom/Calendly for transactional sequences; travel to US up to 2x/year
