About the Job

• The Event Activation Manager will support the planning and execution of brand activations, product launches, and experiential campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support with onground experiences to ensure smooth delivery
• Audlence Engagement Coordinate event staff, promoters, and volunteers.
• Vendor & Production Coordination Track production timelines and ensure experiential assets, branding and structures are delivered as specified.
• Brand & Visual Consistency Ensure all onsite branding, signage and materials align with client and agency brand guidelines.
• Ensure audience engagement mechanics are implemented effectively and brand messaging is delivered clearly
• Past Event Documentation Compile event reports and share feedbacks to use in client debriefs and insights.
• Activation Execution & Support Assist in developing activation concepts and runofshows.

Requirements

• Experience with event planning and brand partnerships activations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• 2 - 5+ years experience in event management, brand activations or experiential marketing
• Experience working in entertainment, media, or youthfocused brands
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Network within the entertainment industry
