Electrical Maintenance Lead

First Independent Power Limited (FIPL) is a Power Generation company located in Rivers state with 4 simple gas turbine power plants with a total capacity of 541MW.

Following the nation’s privatization exercise, Sahara, through its power division, Sahara Power Group and sundry affiliations, acquired FIPL.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Lead

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilties

• Supervise team performance, training, and resource planning.
• Oversee all electrical systems and ensure high plant availability.
• Manage vendors, procurement needs, tools, and spares.
• Drive preventive and corrective maintenance, MTBF and MTTR improvements.
• Ensure full QHSE compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead all electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power plant operations.

Requirements

• COREN / NSE / CMRP / PMP is an advantage.
• B.Eng / HND / MBA / M.Eng Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• 5 - 12 years experience
