Responsibilities

• Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and creativity among young learners
• Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to share best practices and contribute to the school's collaborative culture
• Regularly evaluate and document students' developmental milestones and academic progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians
• Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school's educational standards and foster a love for learning
• Engage in ongoing training and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with innovative educational practices
• Maintain open communication with families to support students' educational and personal growth

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of young learners
• Educational Background: A Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Passion for Education: A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to develop engaging, creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
• Experience: Previous experience in early years education or Montessori setting is preferred
