We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Document Controller

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Construction
Reports To: Construction Manager

Job Purpose

• Responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling project documentation to ensure accuracy, proper filing, and easy retrieval of all construction project records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project documents, drawings, and records.
• Ensure proper version control and distribution of documents.
• Track, register, and archive incoming and outgoing documents.
• Support project teams with timely retrieval of documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company document control procedures.
• Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Coordinate with site teams and project management for document updates.

Qualification

• Degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in document control within the construction industry.
• Must have experience working in a construction company.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of document control systems is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a project environment.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 per month.
