Our mission is to boost productivity, reduce post-harvest losses, and increase farmers' profitability through innovative solutions, market linkage services, and farmer empowerment programs like the Raise A Farmer Initiative (RAFI).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Key Account Sales Associate

Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts (supermarkets, distributors, restaurants, etc.).
  • Monitor client performance, orders, and satisfaction levels
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard high-value clients.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive sales of agricultural products and produce.

Requirements

  • High level of initiative and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, agribusiness, or food distribution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
