Director, FP&A

???? Description

• Lead forecasting and reporting across corporate functions; FP&A/Treasury standards.
• Partner with Executives to drive strategy via modeling, scenarios, and Treasury insights.
• Own long-term financial planning, Treasury operations, and enterprise-wide planning.
• Build automation and driver-based forecasting for balance sheet and cash flow in Adaptive Planning.
• Lead and develop FP&A and Treasury teams; drive profitability analysis and cost optimization.
• Drive strategic projects to scale finance infrastructure; Treasury initiatives incl. working capital and FX risk.

???? Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, accounting, or finance; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI, Tableau, HFM, and SQL.
• 8+ years in FP&A, Treasury, or corporate finance with leadership.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience building balance sheet and cash flow models.
