• Resource to executives, management teams, and the board
• Advise C-suite to grow product line strategies
• Direct strategic planning for enterprise initiatives and ops improvements
• Develop insights on market conditions, competition, and opportunities
• Create actionable insights and strategies to grow the business
• Own and manage key operational metrics and KPIs

???? Requirements

• 3+ years post-bachelor's in management consulting, finance, and/or strategy & operations
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; financial modeling; Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve workflows
• Comfort with Salesforce, Notion, and customer success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero) or willingness to learn
• Experience building presentations and communicating complex ideas clearly
• Excellent communication; ability to influence stakeholders from operators to executives and board
