Job Position: Head, Tro-Vest Asset Management

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To provide leadership to the Company, to drive the Grow AUM to NIOOBN and increase Asset Management Sales and Marketing of [Institutional, Retail, Corporates, Individual (HNIs & UHNls), Counter Parties and Public Sector].

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any finance-related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development, treasury sales, and wealth management to grow assets.
• Drivedeposit mobilization across institutional, retail, and public sectors.
• Build client relationships and deliver tailored investment solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and market financial products nationwide.
• Support strategy, product development and performance reporting.
