• Run or contribute to huddles, calibrations, retros; capture decisions.
• Provide real-time coaching on case handling, tone, and policy interpretation.
• Monitor operational health: backlogs, SLAs, error patterns; raise risks.

• Experience in Trust & Safety, Operations, or Risk where policy enforcement is central.
• Demonstrated experience as a team lead or mentor supporting others' performance.
• Fluency with AI-assisted workflows and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Track record of risk-informed decisions with incomplete information; document rationale.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate policies into guidance.
• Comfort with metrics and QA frameworks; reading dashboards and acting on insights.
