• Own monthly reporting end-to-end; explain trends to Ops, Growth, Finance
• Manage commission payouts and platform; partner on payout strategy
• Build and maintain headcount models for Sales, CS, Underwriting; improve forecasting
• Analyze metrics: conversion rates, call volume, talk time, and sales behaviors
• Own CAC reporting; reconcile with Finance; explain variance
• Lead ad-hoc analytical deep dives; turn datasets into insights
• Hire and develop a junior analyst; establish scalable processes

???? Requirements

• Experience owning operational reporting and financial models for Sales/CS
• Strong SQL, Looker, and Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience managing commission calculations or incentive compensation
• Deep understanding of CAC, conversion, productivity, and headcount forecasting
• Experience managing and developing direct reports
• Ability to own complex analytical processes; explain metric drivers
• Experience partnering with Operations, Finance, and Data teams
