Overview

• This role requires a strong understanding of digital commerce, online marketplaces, affiliate partnerships, and international e-commerce growth strategies.

• ?The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding e-commerce channels, developing strategic digital partnerships, increasing marketplace presence, and identifying new online revenue opportunities.
• ?We are recruiting an innovative and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Manager (E-commerce & Digital Expansion) to drive online revenue growth for a premium fashion and lifestyle brand.

?Key Responsibilities

• ?Build and manage strategic partnerships with affiliate marketers and digital commerce partners.
• ?Develop and execute strategies to drive online revenue growth across digital sales channels.
• ?Identify new digital sales opportunities and commercial partnerships.
• ?Prepare regular sales performance reports and business development updates.
• ?Develop strategies to increase online customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• ?Monitor e-commerce performance, customer behaviour, and sales analytics to improve business outcomes.
• ?Lead expansion into online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, and other relevant platforms.
• ?Stay informed on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market developments.?
• ?Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
• ?Track marketplace performance and recommend initiatives to maximize revenue growth.

?Requirements

• ?Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations is an advantage.
• ?Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• ?Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• ?Proven experience growing online sales within retail, fashion, consumer goods, or e-commerce businesses.
• ?Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
• ?Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, and online commercial growth.
• ?Minimum of 5 years' experience in e-commerce, business development, or digital sales.
• ?Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms.
