Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketer to strengthen our online presence, increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate sales across our hospitality, beauty, food, entertainment, and lifestyle services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all online platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to achieve measurable results.
- Monitor social media interactions and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Produce compelling marketing copy, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Optimize website and social media content for SEO and online visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Track KPIs, customer engagement, leads, and return on marketing investment.
- Collaborate with management to promote events, offers, and new services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements.
- Maintain and strengthen the company's digital brand identity.
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.
Experience;
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing or a related role.
- Demonstrable experience managing successful social media campaigns and digital advertising.
- Hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, or retail marketing experience is an added advantage.
Other Requirements;
- Must reside within or around Ikotun, Isolo, Egbeda, Igando, Ejigbo, or nearby areas.
- Must be highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Must be available to work weekends and during promotional events when required.
- Must provide a portfolio or links to previous digital marketing work.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and commitment to achieving business goals are essential.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and digital analytics tools.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and basic website content management.
- Photography and short-form video editing skills are an added advantage.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
