Job Position: Medical Marketer

Job Location: Awoyaya / VGC Branch, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Medical Marketer to join our team at the Awoyaya / VGC Branch.
• The ideal candidate will play a vital role in increasing brand visibility, driving patient acquisition, building strong relationships with referring doctors and corporate organizations, and promoting our diagnostic and healthcare services in the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Clinix Healthcare services at the Awoyaya / VGC Branch.
• Create engaging promotional content, flyers, social media posts, carousels, and campaigns for health awareness and service promotion.
• Build and maintain relationships with medical practitioners, corporate clients, pharmacies, and community organizations for referrals and partnerships.
• Organize and coordinate outreach activities, health talks, screenings, and events to increase patient footfall.
• Manage and grow the branch’s digital presence (Google Business Profile, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) and respond to online inquiries.
• Track marketing performance, generate reports on leads, conversions, and ROI, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to highlight new services, packages, and success stories.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with medical ethics, regulatory guidelines, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience (healthcare experience is a strong advantage).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to carry out field visits (added advantage).

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in healthcare/medical marketing or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Creative thinking and excellent content creation skills (visuals, copywriting, social media).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Google Business Profile, and basic analytics.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos healthcare landscape, especially Eti-Osa / Awoyaya / VGC axis.
• Ability to speak persuasively and represent the brand professionally.
