About the Role

• We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer strategy and campaigns across itel's product ecosystem.
• You'll drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales by building the right creator partnerships—owning campaigns from concept to results.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with brand and product-launch goals across accessories, home appliances, and more
• Source, onboard, and build lasting relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies—negotiating deliverables, timelines, and compensation
• Run campaigns end-to-end: creative briefs, product seeding, content delivery, and brand-guideline compliance
• Curate content quality in partnership with design, social, and product marketing teams
• Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, CPE, ROI) and turn insights into optimization recommendations
• Manage budgets and negotiate cost-effective partnerships
• Stay ahead of competitor activity, emerging creators, and platform trends
• Collaborate across Product Marketing, Digital, PR, E-commerce, and Sales to support launches, campaigns, and events

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer or social media marketing
• Strong network of creators, agencies, and talent managers
• Sharp eye for content quality and brand storytelling
• Data-driven approach to campaign performance and budgeting
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project-management skills.
