We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deputy Branch Manager

Locations: Egbeda, Ladipo, Ajah, and Ikorodu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Deputy Branch Manager to support branch operations, business development, portfolio quality management, and customer relationship growth within our microfinance banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor loan performance and ensure portfolio quality
  • Support the Branch Manager in achieving business and financial targets
  • Supervise branch staff and ensure operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth
  • Prepare branch performance and activity reports.
  • Support recovery efforts and risk management initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of credit and risk management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven ability to drive sales and business growth
  • Supervisory Experience as Teamlead
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in microfinance operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
