Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-11286 Lead Nurturing & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant /Business Support VA/Junior-Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A multi-location fitness franchise owner is seeking a dedicated Lead Nurturing & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant to support lead follow-up, outbound calling, appointment booking, and lead reactivation across four fitness locations.

The primary objective of this role is improving speed-to-lead and increasing the number of prospects who attend their first Burn Boot Camp session. The ideal candidate has previous appointment-setting or outbound calling experience, communicates confidently over the phone, and thrives in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.

This is a phone-first role. The majority of each shift will be spent contacting new leads, responding to prospect inquiries, re-engaging older leads, and booking prospects into their first class. Administrative work is intentionally limited so the VA can focus on conversations and conversions.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Lead Nurturing & Speed-to-Lead

  • Contact new inbound leads as quickly as possible during assigned shift hours
  • Prioritize prospects who have recently responded to text or email campaigns
  • Build rapport with prospective members and answer general questions about the introductory class experience
  • Book qualified prospects into their first Burn Boot Camp session
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the lead nurturing process

Outbound Calling & Lead Reactivation

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective members
  • Re-engage cold and previously inactive leads
  • Follow established call cadences and outreach workflows
  • Handle common objections professionally and confidently
  • Encourage prospects to schedule an introductory class

Appointment Management

  • Schedule appointments directly within MindBody
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Follow up with no-shows to reschedule
  • Conduct win-back outreach to prospects who attended a trial but did not become members

CRM & Activity Tracking

  • Record call outcomes and follow-up activities
  • Maintain organized lead tracking spreadsheets
  • Document objections, appointment status, and next steps
  • Provide accurate daily activity summaries as required

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Appointment setting, outbound sales, lead nurturing, or customer service experience required
  • High-volume outbound calling experience preferred
  • Strong verbal English communication skills required
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to handle objections professionally
  • Comfortable working in a phone-intensive role
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 30 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Thursday and Saturday
  • Daily Working Time: Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST; Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 30 hours/week (Hours may increase based on performance)
  • Daily Working Time: Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST; Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Thursday and Saturday
  • REPORTING TO/POC: To Be Determined
  • Number of VAs: 1
