Job Title: Corporate Marketer

Location: Oke-Odo / Sango Branch, Lagos

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will focus on building strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, driving corporate client acquisition, promoting staff health screening packages, and expanding our B2B footprint in the Oke-Odo, Sango, and surrounding areas.
• We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and target-driven Corporate Marketer to join our team at the Oke-Odo / Sango Branch.

Responsibilities

• Organize corporate health talks, screenings, and wellness events to boost brand visibility and client engagement.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop attractive corporate health packages and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, corporate organizations, and key decision-makers.
• Track and report on corporate sales performance, revenue targets, and partnership outcomes.
• Develop and implement corporate marketing strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.
• Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and brand guidelines.
• Manage corporate leads, follow-ups, and client retention initiatives.
• Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with companies for staff health screening packages, wellness programs, and diagnostic services.
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored for corporate audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant corporate marketing or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Physiology, Biology graduates etc are primary candidates. Marketing, economics etc are secondary only if the have experience and are fast learners
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to make field visits (added advantage).

Requirements & Skills:

• Good understanding of the Lagos corporate environment and health insurance/wellness trends.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales/revenue targets consistently.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presence.
• Proven experience in corporate/B2B marketing or sales (healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a strong advantage).
