• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships.
• Experience with sourcing: social media, Boolean search, niche tech platforms.
• Understanding of technical roles and communicating requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS (Lever) and recruitment tech.
