Maticline Industries Nigeria Limited is a multinational group company specializing in industrial solutions for liquid packaging and processing. The specific solutions include individual packaging machines, liquid product processing systems (including agro processing for liquid food such as dairy, soya milk, tomato paste, edible oil, mango puree, coconut milk etc.), utilities, turnkey projects, liquid product formula & ingredients, packaging materials, technical services and spare parts.

The Opportunity

  • With the Success of Our Year 2025 Recruitment, We Need More Technical Trainees to Be A Part of Our Team.
  • Upon successful completion of the training, you will become a vital part of our Technical Support Team, providing critical on-site and remote assistance to our prestigious clients.
  • Successful Applicants will undergo a comprehensive, paid training program where you will learn from our seasoned experts. You will be equipped with in-demand skills in mechanical, electrical, and process engineering principles specific to high-speed bottling, packaging, and liquid food processing technology.

Key Responsibilities (After Training)

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
  • Learn to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Provide first-line technical support to clients, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Work alongside senior engineers to execute project deliverables.
  • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of beverage production and packaging equipment.

What We Look For in You (Qualifications)

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
  • No prior experience is required! We are more interested in your attitude, aptitude, and willingness to learn than your CV.
  • Education: an OND/HND/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Food Science & Technology, or any other relevant core engineering field will be a plus!
  • Must be adaptable and willing to travel for on-site client support as needed.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and a logical, analytical mind.
  • Age: Between 18-29 years.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • A genuine passion for how things work and a strong desire to work in a hands-on technical environment.
