Job Summary

We are seeking a target-driven Commercial Direct Sales Executive (DSE) to acquire and onboard business customers, drive deposit mobilization, and promote the bank's products and services to SMEs and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the bank's products and services.
Generate leads through field marketing and networking.
Drive deposit mobilization and customer acquisition.
Prospect and onboard new business customers.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Ensure compliance with KYC and onboarding requirements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

Target-driven and comfortable with field sales activities.
Previous experience in sales, business development, banking, fintech, or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in any discipline with 1 year experience
