Cleaning Equipment Operator

Job Summary

• We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Equipment Operators to join our operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial cleaning equipment across client locations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• This role is ideal for individuals with experience using commercial or industrial cleaning machines such as ride-on scrubbers, walk-behind scrubbers, high-speed rotary machines, wet & dry vacuum systems, and related facility maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timelines and quality standards.
• Support general facility cleaning operations when required.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and consumables.
• Use equipment such as:
  • Ride-on scrubbers
  • Vacuum cleaners
  • Pressure washers
  • Walk-behind scrubbers
  • High-speed rotary machines
  • Carpet extractors
• Maintain assigned equipment in clean and serviceable condition.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance needs, or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and client site rules.
• Perform floor cleaning, scrubbing, polishing, buffing, and maintenance activities across assigned sites.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine pre-start and post-operation equipment checks.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or across multiple locations when required.
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual cleaning activities.
• Ability to understand and follow operational and safety instructions.
• Previous experience operating industrial or commercial cleaning equipment is highly preferred.
