Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, enhancing market presence, and developing long-term partnerships to achieve business objectives.
  • We are seeking a Channels Relationship Manager to manage and expand relationships with key accounts, drive sales growth, and promote the company’s products across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales and relationship management reports for management review.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Promote the company’s products and ensure increased market penetration across assigned sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a structured and standardized organization is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, key account management, channel management, or relationship management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Well-presented with strong professional presence and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
