Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, confident, and results-driven Business Development Officer (Female) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key business relationships, and securing supplier and client contracts.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s network, negotiating partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth within the logistics, procurement, and supply industry.
• This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client and supplier engagements.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and business engagements.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and strategic partners.
• Source, negotiate, and secure supplier contracts that align with the company’s business objectives.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and provide regular business development reports.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Negotiate contract terms and close business deals effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.

Requirements

• Experience in supplier engagement, contract negotiation, or procurement is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, procurement, or relationship management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and sustain business relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve business targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
