Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and prepare commercial proposals.
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or any related Pure Engineering discipline.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5–8 years of business development or sales experience in the chemical or industrial manufacturing sector.
