Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, increasing revenue, and strengthening market presence.
  • Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue generation and business expansion initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, property development, facility management, and property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to management.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.

Person Specifications

  • Strong understanding of the real estate and property market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Financial and commercial acumen.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the real estate sector.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.

Gross Remuneration
N20,000,000 annually (inclusive of official car benefit).
