Job Title: Business Development Manager (Automobile)

Location: Katampe, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate must possess extensive experience in the automobile industry and a proven ability to achieve business growth targets.
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, developand maintain relationships with corporate clients, fleet customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Source new business opportunities and negotiate profitable commercial agreements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and periodic management reports.
  • Drive vehicle sales through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend initiatives to improve business growth.
  • Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
  • Applicants must reside in Abuja
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver measurable results.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and fleet sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in business development within the automobile industry.
