Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor at Arik Air.
• The role involves overseeing and scheduling routine maintenance, coordinating repair operations, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring the compliance of maintenance activities with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• The supervisor will also inspect completed maintenance tasks and manage documentation for maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent
• Proven expertise in Aircraft Maintenance and PowerPlant operations
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
• Previous experience with large carrier operations is a plus.
• Experience with Aircraft systems and Inspection procedures
• Strong Supervisory Skills with an ability to lead and manage a team
• Familiarity with aviation safety standards and regulations
