Job Title: Administrative Officer (NYSC)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a productive work environment and ensuring smooth business operations.
  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to oversee daily office operations, ensure efficient administrative processes, and provide support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and office communications
  • Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and staff records

Requirements

  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BA/BSc/HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field with 1–5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Basic knowledge of HR or finance processes
  • Experience with office management tools and systems
  • Strong time-management skills.
