Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Cash Flow).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare budgets and track expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Handle inventory and fixed asset accounting.
• Manage payroll accounting and statutory payments.
• Initiate payment requests and confirm bookings.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Must be Female
• Registered student or member of ICAN / ACCA / ANAN / CFA / CFE / CISA.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with experience in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP, etc.), financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup.
• A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and asteam member.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Integrity, strong sense of accountability and responsibility, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
