• Manage client relationships for accounts up to $2–4MM in revenue.
• Plan and conduct client meetings independently.
• Prepare new business RFPs; market renewals; manage calendars.
• Provide strategic risk management and program design.
• Prospect for new business and help close deals.
• Partner with production teams to align service offerings.

???? Requirements

• 5+ years in Directors & Officers insurance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication: written, public speaking.
• Resourceful, proactive, problem solving, and process improvement.
• Adaptability and strong time management.
• Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
