• 10+ years of compliance experience in digital assets/fintech.
• Deep knowledge of US digital asset regs (SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, OFAC).
• Experience leading regulatory examinations, licensing, or enforcement.
• Proven track record building compliance programs in high-growth settings.
• Familiarity with blockchain tech and on-chain monitoring tools.
• Strong executive presence to advise execs and influence across business.
