Job Position: Visa Consultant

Job Locations: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT) and Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Visa Consultant will provide expert guidance on visa applications, documentation, and travel requirements while ensuring high success rates and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa options, requirements, and procedures
• Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application documents
• Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration regulations
• Track application progress and provide updates to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Handle complex cases and provide tailored solutions
• Meet assigned targets and performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc in a relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience in visa processing or travel consultancy
• Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and client management abilities.
