About the job

  • The TEC assists in providing technical support to technicians, operations staff and clients, provides daily reports to clients and inputs recommendations as deemed necessary for quick tracing and improving service standards.
  • The Technical Engineering Coordinator is responsible for an efficient reporting system as well as the delivery of effective technical training sessions to Boecker® internal and external clients.

Responsibilities
Technical Engineering Coordinator is held accountable for the below job responsibilities:

  • Prepare Audit files and documents of audited clients and keep them updated.
  • Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/or lack of cooperation by the client requires follow-up action by the Technical Engineering Senior Officer
  • Update and follow up on the sanitation and proofing recommendations' list delivered to clients.
  • Implement the standards set in Boecker® Operations Manual.
  • Cooperate with all Operations Units to improve the quality output of the operations.
  • Handle efficient filing and electronic archiving systems.
  • Review clients' feedback and accordingly suggest improvements for reports and forms to Technical Engineering Senior Officer
  • Prepare the call backs analysis on weekly basis.
  • Represent Boecker® in exhibitions, forums, and other events.
  • Coordinate, advise and follow up with clients on sanitation and proofing recommendations.
  • Prepare Service Reports Report and other technical reports and send them to clients within predefined deadlines.
  • Assist the Technical Engineering Senior Officer in the preparation of suitable training materials.

Requirements

  • Administrative Skills; Experience with CRM and scheduling software.
  • Good written and communication skill
  • At least 1/2 years of experience in pest management or related fields.
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Time Management
  • Attention to Details.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences or equivalent.
  • Team Coordination
