About the job

• The Food Safety Consultant designs, initiates and implements Boecker® Food Safety systems efficiently to represent the company and attend to clients' needs by providing high quality services to its clients at all times while guaranteeing Boecker® value of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage training delivery, evaluation and follow up as needed.
• Educate client's personnel on Food Safety recommendations and ensure the procedures are properly maintained.
• Conduct courtesy calls and visits.
• Develop food safety manuals for specific clients (ISO, HACCP, GMP or other).
• Perform internal audits for ISO clients before the final external audit.
• Organize, provide and deliver advanced levels of Boecker® Food Safety training programs.
• Handle exams' process and issue certificates accordingly.
• Act as ongoing information source for client's representatives.
• Discuss gap analysis report with client representatives, suggest appropriate recommendations and set deadlines timetable for improvement and corrections.
• Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis and other relevant reports.
• Design, initiate and implement safe food systems adopted by Boecker® such as ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and others.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Training or relevant field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Food Sciences, Environmental Health, Nutrition or equivalent.
• Experience in Food Consulting firm.
• Experienced in conducting Food Safety Training/ Internal Auditing
• FSSC 22000 V6 Lead Auditor
