Job Title: Subcontract Administrator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Subcontract Administrator role based in Port Harcourt.
• The Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for managing subcontracts, developing and reviewing proposals, coordinating government contracting processes, and overseeing contract management activities.
• The role involves analytical decision-making, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements while fostering partnerships with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of Government Contracting processes and applicable regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
• Familiarity with EPC projects is an advantage.
• Certification in Contract Management or Procurement (e.g., NCMA, CPSM) is a plus.
• Strong experience in Subcontracts and Contract Management
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and expertise in Proposal Writing
