Job Position: Social Media Strategy & Optimization Specialist

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute multi-platform strategy (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn)
• Build data-backed content playbooks tailored to African audiences
• Create and scale viral-ready short-form video content
• Leverage AI tools to optimize content, workflows, and community management
• Run A/B tests and turn insights into growth strategies
• Drive measurable results: engagement, leads, and user acquisition.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in social media, digital growth, or creative strategy
• Experience managing multi-country (African market) accounts
• Strong grasp of analytics, KPIs, and performance optimization
• Skilled in tools like Canva, CapCut, and scheduling platforms
• Creative thinker with strong Naija-centric storytelling skills
• Bonus: Experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok).
