• Be the trusted pre-sales engineer for Checkly, solving customer problems
• Become an expert in Checkly, Monitoring as Code and the monitoring space
• Drive the technical evaluation from first demo to implementation
• Collaborate with customers and share learnings with Product and Engineering
• Improve technical docs, processes, and policies
• Onboard via Customer Support and support when needed

???? Requirements

• Strong technical skills to read, write and debug code (JavaScript/Node.js preferred)
• Experience in Solutions Engineering in dev-tools SaaS
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate demos and proof-of-concepts
• Autonomous, remote-first, self-motivated
• Excellent English, empathy, curiosity and customer focus
• Located in the US (ET or CT time zones)
