• Lead optimization projects to solve cross-functional supply chain challenges.
• Manage short multi-week sprints and long-term global initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Warehousing, Planning, and Finance to identify improvements.
• Define Peloton's future network and deploy new capabilities for efficient strategies.
• Build analyses and business cases; track risks and key assumptions.
• Develop mechanisms to measure savings, costs and service metrics.

???? Requirements

• 6+ years in analytical/operational or consulting roles supporting Ops and SC.
• Advanced degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• Proven track record in supply chain network optimization or simulation.
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
• Clear communicator; experience presenting findings to executives.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented; manage multiple programs with competing priorities.
