• 12+ years in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or cloud/platform engineering.
• 6+ years of engineering leadership with distributed teams.
• Experience directing and scaling 10–20 engineers in cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in reliability, incident management, SRE, SLOs/SLIs.
• Experience modernizing large-scale systems to cloud-native platforms.
• Excellent communication across time zones; fluent English.
