Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC system design, specification, and bill of quantities (BOQ) development to join our team.
• The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Conduct site assessments and load calculations to determine system requirements
• Design and develop detailed HVAC system layouts for various building types
• Prepare accurate specifications,technical drawings, and BOQs for HVAC installations
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, codes, and best practices
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning
• Review and approve HVAC equipment selections and engineering documentation

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ventilation, cooling/heating load calculations, and system optimization
• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in HVAC design and engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
