• Lead end-to-end migration from HubSpot to Sanity + Next.js.
• Design and build a reusable component library with Brand.
• Integrate HubSpot CRM and GA4 into the new stack.
• Set up Claude Code + Sanity MCP integration; train teams.
• Implement technical SEO and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Manage CI/CD, hosting (Vercel/Netlify) and monitoring.
• Build interactive elements like live dashboards and tools.
• Document architecture and workflows for self-sufficiency.

???? Requirements

• 5+ years web development; frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js.
• Proven Sanity expertise: schema design, Studio components, GROQ.
• Led CMS migration HubSpot/WordPress to headless; SEO/redirects.
• Strong SEO, Core Web Vitals, and web performance know-how.
• Git, CI/CD; deployments on Vercel/Netlify.
• Experience integrating HubSpot forms/tracking with Next.js.
• Design-to-code: translate mockups into responsive production code.
• Native/fluent English; communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
