• Lead risk operations team to protect Shakepay from fraud and financial risk.
• Define risk strategy and architect Shakepay's risk infrastructure.
• Balance risk controls with customer experience in partnership with design/engineering.
• Partner with data science to build scalable detection systems and risk decisioning.
• Collaborate with product teams to embed fraud controls in launches.
• Base salary CAD 160k–220k.

• 5+ years of full-time risk management at fintech.
• Experience with industry fraud prevention tools.
• Experience building scalable, tech-enabled risk operations in high-growth.
• Strong intuition balancing automation, controls, and customer experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Collaborates well with engineering, data and product teams.
