• End-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions; ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain payroll guides, SOPs, and audit checklists
• Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and implement payroll process improvements
• Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure seamless processing and regulatory compliance
• Provide guidance to payroll specialists and deliver training on updated processes
• Foster a learning environment to share insights and elevate team performance

???? Requirements

• 4+ years of payroll processing experience, global or multi-regional preferred
• Canadian Payroll Association PCP certification preferred
• Experience with payroll software (Workday, ADP, Dayforce)
• Experience with Workday payroll module
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and payroll reporting
• Ability to develop and maintain payroll docs, SOPs, and audit checklists
